About the Service

Matchday Rivals is a free football predictions game operated as a Telegram Mini App. Users predict match outcomes (Home, Draw, Away) and optional exact scores, earn points, build streaks, and compete on leaderboards. The service is provided free of charge.

Not Gambling

Matchday Rivals is a prediction game for entertainment purposes only. There are no monetary stakes, bets, or prizes. Points and leaderboard positions carry no monetary value. This is not a gambling service, and no real money is wagered, won, or lost at any point.

Eligibility

To use Matchday Rivals, you must:

• Have an active Telegram account
• Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service
• Be at least 13 years of age

Your Account

Your Matchday Rivals account is linked to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per Telegram user — multiple accounts are not permitted.

Fair Play

To maintain the integrity of the game:

• No automated tools, scripts, or bots may be used to make predictions
• No exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities — report them to us instead
• No manipulation of leaderboards or competition standings
• No harassment or abuse of other users through the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate fair play rules.

Match Data

Match fixtures, results, and statistics are sourced from third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all match data is complete or error-free. Prediction scoring is based on the data available to us at the time of resolution.

Intellectual Property

The Matchday Rivals name, branding, design, and codebase are owned by us. Team names, logos, and league names belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes. Your predictions and game activity remain yours, but by using the service you grant us the right to display them on leaderboards and in competitions.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Matchday Rivals available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for missed predictions due to service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

Matchday Rivals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is zero — it's free).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Telegram bot. Continued use of Matchday Rivals after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
